By using HomePlus+ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HomePlus+ provides a white-label AI-powered customer experience platform for home service businesses. The Service includes a setup wizard, operator dashboard, AI concierge, customer portal, and related tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service is free for up to 10 customers. Plans beyond 10 customers require a paid subscription at $129/month. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including customer information. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

The AI concierge provides informational responses to your customers. It does not auto-schedule, make payments, or modify accounts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy.
The Service integrates with third-party CRM platforms (GorillaDesk, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes) and Stripe. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. HomePlus+'s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
